Biography

Professional Singer | Vocal Coach | Music Group Leader based in Wigan, UK.

Rebecca embarked on her musical journey at thirteen years old after falling in love with piano. Two years later her aspirations began to lean towards the voice. Classical repertoires kindled her growing passion, allowing her musical curiosities

to expand and include jazz and pop genres.

At the University of Salford, Rebecca graduated with a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts degree and majored in both recording and

performance. However her time at university didn't go unnoticed and she started to garner attention, eventually being scouted for The Voice and X Factor UK.

As music is such a huge part of Rebecca's life, she believes the benefits of music should reach everybody. She transfers her musical experience directly to her students and by personalising lesson plans, those students have won awards, competitions and earned money from professional events. Her music groups run across the Greater Manchester area and give vulnerable adults a musical environment to express themselves freely and connect on a deeper, emotional level.

Creating the ‘rebeccaaldred’ YouTube channel has given supporters from all around the world access to her music and many have wanted to collaborate. London’s rapper, Steffy Dizzle’s debut album featured Rebecca on the track 'Victory' and received airtime on the radio back in 2012. Other collaborations include a track that was selected for the ‘Modern Beats Top 20 Songs To Watch' with American producer Nate Zachar and more recently work with producer The Midday Club (scheduled for release in late 2018).
